Thank you very much! It is very cool! I didn't pay attention to the condition of my muscles and physical exercises until I was 30. I started having terrible chest pains at the age of 30, which I took for a heart attack. I was advised to contact orthopedists from https://cameronmch.com/services/orthopaedics/ and it turned out that I had problems with my spine because of which chest pains appeared. After the prescribed treatment and a course of rehabilitation procedures, I feel much better, but I was also recommended by an orthopedist to do the exercises that you show.
