@slimmy82 Congrats on the launch! I really love this mission and I think lowering the barriers in real estate investment is smart move with lots of opportunity. 2 questions 1. I know lots of people in the real estate sector (both residential and commercial) and they tend to be stuck in their ways (old boys club ways of doing business) - so how do you plan on getting adoption / buy in from people in the space? 2. How do you plan on making average joe investors feel save in making purchases?

@slimmy82 @siddesh_raut That sounds like a pretty solid plan to me! What do you expect adoption to look like at the onset and do you think the (old way of thinking) is going to get in your way re: hitting scale?

@dzaitzow great questions! It all depends. When more tech savvy people start adopting technology to make smarter decisions and yield a better ROI’s. The old way becomes even harder. Especially as it pertains to financial decisions. Let me give you my example. So I invested in real estate in a state where all my family has their properties. Just because they did it. I started questioning the returns. I was convinced I could do better. There was nothing out there that would help me decide the best place to invest. Think of all stock market trend tools available. You don’t buy stocks without understanding the history and trends. Why should real estate be any different? So I used an early version of REI Litics to decide where to re invest in real estate. Found another location and I increased my ROI by 40% (rental income and estimated appreciation) So yes there will be many seasoned investors who will stick to their methods and that’s ok. But there will be a lot of others especially beginners who are nervous to part with their money, who want help making the the best decision. @slimmy82 Totally answers my question - and I guess its something where you don't need all retail (or seasoned) investors - you just need a fraction to make the solution viable. I'm based in Canada so very unlikely to be investing in stateside property but I'll keep it in mind and do a deep dive if you've got Canadian market access etc.

@dzaitzow exactly and to your point, this is not a mass market appeal, there are about 11-13M real estate investors here in the US. But it’s all relative, not a whole lot of solutions out there either. So create something great for a niche that adds a tremendous amount of value, and you have a winner. Our goal is to build all the future features based on actual user feedback and challenges they face. This is only phase 1. 100% if (when) we expand to Canada to let you know!

@jgani Thanks Jonni, right now we're focusing on the U.S. Market. Actually, markets change and investors come and go. I don't believe there will an over saturation. It's such a dynamic environment. That's why this tool is ideal to help you keep an eye on the market.
