It works until the supervisor writes to say they're coming to inspect. Then it's a week of chasing. RegInspect pulls that work into one workspace. Client due diligence, sanctions and PEP screening, your firm-wide risk assessment and suspicious-activity reviews sit together, with clear owners and a record of every decision. From that recorded work it gives you a Readiness Score, so you can see where the gaps are before anyone else does, and evidence packs that build as you go rather than the night before. A few things I was deliberate about: 1) Human judgement stays central. The score is decision support. Your MLRO still makes the calls. 2) Jurisdiction matters. We're launching for the UK, Gibraltar and Malta, and each is set up as its own context rather than a UK product with flags added. 3) Easy to start. Bring clients in by direct entry or a CSV import.
