We first launched Refiner on Product Hunt over six years ago. Since then, a lot has changed.
While many survey tools expanded into broad, generic feedback platforms, we doubled down on what we do best: in-app surveys for SaaS and Mobile Apps.
Over the years, Refiner evolved from a web-first in-app survey platform into a full cross-platform feedback solution. Our SDKs for iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter saw rapid adoption and now power mobile in-app surveys for nearly half of our customers.
We also added AI features like Auto-Tagging & translations, many new integrations (Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel, ...), an MCP server to connect ChatGPT & Claude, advanced charts, and a very long list of new capabilities across survey targeting, branching, reporting, and analysis.
Today, Refiner is used by hundreds of companies, from startups to Fortune 500s, and we believe it has become one of the strongest choices for in-app surveys across web and mobile.
