Not really, fully automated posts on Reddit are a very bad idea, fully AI-written posts are banned by Reddit mods and by Reddit filters, and are, for the most part, downvoted to oblivion; it's best to have a personal touch to them.
Regarding the X posts, I think it's shifting the focus of the product too much. I focus more on direct outreach, not a general engagement.
There is, however an API for redreplier that allows to integrate it into custom workflows 😉
