RecruiterOps helps independent recruiters turn a clarified job order and candidate pool into a client-ready shortlist. It combines evidence-based candidate evaluation, qualification capture, requirement matching, and human review so recruiters can move faster without relying on resume scores alone.

I built RecruiterOps around a problem I kept seeing in recruiting: deciding who looks promising is only one small part of getting a candidate ready for a client.
Recruiters still have to interpret unclear job requirements, evaluate evidence, speak with candidates, capture what they learn, reconcile candidate constraints with client requirements, and decide whether someone is actually ready to submit.
RecruiterOps is being designed around that complete workflow. The goal is not to replace recruiter judgment. It is to organize the evidence, surface missing information and conflicts, reduce administrative work, and help the recruiter move from an approved role to a defensible, client-ready submission.
I’d especially value feedback from recruiters and staffing firm owners about where this workflow breaks down in practice.
