Hi all, I'm very excited to be launching my first ever product on Product Hunt! ReadyYet.net came out of my own experiences running a small business where keeping clients up to date on their service status was imperative for a superb customer experience. I am a full time software engineer and built ReadyYet during my nights and weekends. It took me 110 hours spread over the span of 7 months to get to this point! (Slow but steady, right?) I look forward to receiving valuable feedback from the community here :) Features * Create a flow of steps that your customers will progress through as you perform their service. * An unbranded portal page for each customer to check on the status of their service at any time. * Add custom text messages that will be sent out automatically when customers enter the first and final steps of your service flow. * Switch to a protected "worker mode" that allows staff to create and manage customers without access to sensitive settings. * Low cost, month to month plans that can be cancelled anytime. Planned Features * Integration with popular CRM software to automatically import customers and export statuses. * White labeled customer portal page. * Support for multiple service workflows. * A ton of other quality of life features :) For those interested, here's a little about the tech stack * Frontend built with Angular 12 * Backend built with NestJS layered on top of Express * Hosted on AWS using custom Cloudformation templates (ECS for backend services, CloudFront serving S3 for static content) * Stripe for payments, SendGrid for emails, and Twilio for SMS
