Awesome idea @yuvals I love pocket, but their social features are horrible so there's definitely a need for something like this! Excited to try this out.

The problem of shared reading lists within organization, between co-founders, couple, etc. hasn't been really nailed I agree. To me the fact that I need to follow people to make my profile complete makes hit miss that goal since like @BelleBethCoopera and probably many others, I'm looking for a private, managed and not obstructive method of sharing a highly curated list of online resources that I would like my peers to consume at their own pace, get their feedback sometimes, etc. I think this process is still mostly done via email today.
@rrhoover Tel Aviv is such an inspiring place for startups with a very warm and strong community of founders, funders, brilliant tech guys with the "I can do it" approach that just want to build things. Thanks @BelleBethCooper! Currently @ReadingPack is less about private sharing between groups, we're creating a reading list that anyone can see. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I'll be happy to hear what's your opinion.

@ReadingPack isn't about collecting things on the web - It's about helping each other to read only what's a must read.
Today we're discovering tons of articles via apps like Zite, Flipboard, Twitter and so on. We're usually saving those articles to apps like Pocket or Instapaper. And finally, we're reading only a few articles from a never-ending-list, and sharing the good stuff back to the sea of tweets.
I believe it should be different. Your reading list should be dynamic, changing by the people you are following. The order of the articles is by the number of the recommendations per article and not by date.
It's not just a list of interesting links. I don't think that Kippt is working in this way, and this is our vision.
So basically you have a reading list that works for you.
