Why I built ReactMail AI: I first explored email tools as a developer trying to ship polished React-friendly emails for my clients. It came down to SendGrid vs. Resend. SendGrid was easy but felt dated in their email design. Resend’s React Email library was more modern, but required too much manual coding to build something visually compelling. Thus, an idea was born. That gap inspired me to test my AI development skills. I wanted a way to turn plain prompts into production-ready React and HTML emails that could also be dynamic and personalized, changing from customer to customer instead of the same copy/paste template. I built a way for developers to implement prompts and dynamic content that changes from email to email, so no email is ever boring. Thus, ReactMail Ai was born. What’s unique ReactMail AI combines AI generation with code-ready exports (React, HTML, MJML) plus an API and npm package. You can design emails with ease, then integrate them directly into your workflow, which is something I haven’t seen offered elsewhere. What I’m most proud of This is my first SaaS, and also my first time publishing an SDK + npm package. More went into it than I expected, but it sharpened my craft and made the launch even more rewarding.
