Anybody figured out how this thing rates users, yet? Really curious about that. (and whether it's just something random). First I thought it was similar to the Klout score.. I don't think it is, though.

It might sound absurd but this might be worth considering in the professional world. Helps companies hire the right people base on their previous employer's rating.
