Hey everyone! I'm Filippo, founder of QuickWise 👋 I run a software agency in Florence, Italy, and the idea came from a problem I faced every day: spending 2+ hours answering the same support questions across different client projects. So I built QuickWise. You point it at your website or docs, it crawls everything, and in minutes, you have an AI chatbot that actually knows your stuff. When it doesn't know something, it creates a ticket instead of making things up. And when you correct it, it learns and gets better over time. We're live with 5 paying customers already, and the feedback has been great. Built it together with a friend who's doing his PhD in Machine Learning at the University of Florence, so the AI side isn't just wrapper-on-top-of-GPT stuff. Great concept, Filippo! Does it only crawl URLs, or can we also upload PDFs for the documentation? Saving 2 hours a day sounds like a dream. 😂

@linapok Hey Lina, thank you for your comment! Yes, it can also work with PDF, text files and documents in general. We're currently adding support for more common extensions as well :)
