Quicktion

Hey there, Product Hunt! 🙌 I'm Leandro, and today I want to share one of the tools I've been working on for the past few months: Quicktion. Quicktion is a Google Workspace Add-On that runs in the sidebar of Gmail, allowing you to quickly save your emails to your Notion databases. First, you create actions to map the email data to the properties of your Notion database and then save it with a single click while viewing the email. It also works on mobile 🚀 ➡️ Mappings Map the email information to the properties of your database. ➡️ Page Content Save the email content as properties or page content. ➡️ Default Properties Set default values for any database properties alongside email data and edit them before saving. ➡️ Single Click View a list of available actions and save your email with a single click. ➡️ Privacy No need to forward your emails to anyone; it goes directly from Gmail to Notion. ➡️ Attachments Attachments are saved to Google Drive and then linked to Notion. Quicktion is a product that originally started in my mind as a mobile app with a similar concept of actions. However, knowing how challenging the B2C market can be, I decided to leverage my experience from building Notion2Sheets and transform it into a Workspace Add-On for Gmail. Such a smart integration for our niche. There are so many Notion users that can benefit from this. I am not a Notion user but I see everyone drooling over it all of the time.
