👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Anju, co-founder of Puzz (with my husband, Justin).

We started building Puzz for our 6-year-old daughter, when we couldn't find anything that met our bar for teaching critical thinking. Most kids’ apps are either focused on hard skills like math or reading, filled with ads, or “educational” in name only.

This felt like a huge gap: in the AI era, answers are cheap and everywhere. So what's left for humans? Deep thinking, good judgement, and evaluation - i.e. critical thinking. But it's not measured, taught, or even talked about consistently.

That’s how Puzz was born:
🎲 A suite of board-game-inspired games for kids 5+
🧠 Focused on critical thinking - the human skills most important in in AI era
✨ Beautifully designed, joyful, and fun-first
🛡️ 100% kid-safe: no ads, no tracking
✈️ Travel friendly: offline access, no mess, no missing pieces

We’ve loved watching kids light up when they figure something out, and parents love knowing it’s screen time they can actually feel good about.

We’d love for you to try it out, share feedback, and tell us what you think! As a thank you to the Product Hunt community, we’re offering 30 days free with the code PUZZPH30 until September 5. 💙

Thanks so much for supporting us on launch day — excited to hear your thoughts and ideas! (PS - it's iOS only for now, but we'd love to expand to Android!)

It has been so much fun to work on this project. We love when we get feedback and hear about kids starting to play and loving it! It's been really fun watching our kids learn the games and trying different strategies (even when they don't realize it). It's been great for long car trips and flights.
