Launching today
Most data rooms are file storage with a view counter. Pulse drives the raise. It reads engagement signals, surfaces which investors are actually moving, and updates your pipeline automatically - no manual tracking. Investors get AI search instead of digging through folders. What's new: our MCP server. Share docs, answer diligence questions, or fire follow-ups from Slack or Claude without opening Pulse. Your data room becomes something you talk to.

Hi Folks!
I've spent years on the investor side, and I've opened a lot of data rooms. The pattern is always the same: founder sends a link, and from there the round runs on memory. Who read what, who's actually in diligence, which follow-ups and materials are still outstanding. Everyone knows they should be running a process, but it's tedious, and it lands exactly when you have the least time. So the round stops being a process and becomes a pile of half-remembered threads.
Pulse is built around this: making the raise something you run, not something you recall.
What's coming: we'll be publishing playbooks over the next few months on running your raise using our MCP β the specific prompts and workflows that move a process forward. Say so in the comments if that's useful and I'll make sure you get them.
PH offer: one month free through Friday, 8/28 β usepulse.co/?promo=PH1month
One question for the founders here: how are you handling investor follow-ups right now? Ask us anything!
At some point, we (founders) have settled for a mediocre fundraising experience. Earlier this year, I was blowing hundreds of dollars on a glorified Google drive (cough cough docsend). The rest of our fundraising process was run old-school: out of a massive excel sheet.
At a fraction of the cost, Pulse became not just our data room, but the pre-frontal cortex of our raise. The only truly useful, albeit superficial, feature of Docsend was tracking how many seconds VCs spent on each slide, and Pulse is pushing the envelope in this exact direction.
What makes them different is that Christian and team have been on both sides of a fundraise, and they know how much of it can feel like busywork. They are always responsive to requests and are churning out new features at lightning speed. Iβm very excited to see Pulse grow!
