Psych-Fit helps SMEs identify their strongest candidates before reviewing Resumes/CVs. Built by an Organisational Psychologist, our science-backed assessments measure work fit, motivation and aptitude to automatically rank applicants based on their potential, not just their keywords. Spend less time screening, reduce hiring costs and make better hiring decisions.

Finally something that goes beyond keyword matching. Ranked candidates matched my gut feel on the few hires I tested it with, and the motivation scores were surprisingly consistent.

👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Ed, the founder of Psych-Fit.
Like many hiring managers, I've experienced the frustration of reviewing hundreds of job applications only to discover that the best candidate wasn't always the one with the most impressive résumé.
That led me to ask a simple question:
What if we could assess how someone is likely to perform at work before the interview, rather than relying primarily on their Resume/CV?
Psych-Fit combines work preferences, motivation, cognitive ability and skills into a single employer-friendly Fit Score to help businesses shortlist candidates more confidently.
We're still in the early stages, so today isn't just about launching—it's about learning.
I'd genuinely love your feedback on:
Does the value proposition make sense?
Is anything confusing?
Would you use something like this in your hiring process?
If you're an employer, recruiter, HR professional, or simply interested in the future of hiring, I'd really appreciate your thoughts. I'll be here all day to answer every question.
Thanks for checking out Psych-Fit! 🚀
The ranking actually feels grounded in something useful, not just keyword fluff. Nice to see assessments built around real psych principles rather than gut feel.
