Why I Built Psych-Fit Traditional hiring relies too heavily on resumes, job titles, and years of experience. Throughout my career in recruitment, business transformation, and organizational psychology, I repeatedly saw capable people overlooked because employers couldn't see beyond a resume. SMEs pay the highest price when a hire doesn't work out. I founded Psych-Fit to change that.
