love the open tracking idea, honestly super useful for follow ups. one thing though, it would be huge if you could add a quick comment thread on the proposal itself so clients can ask questions right on the line item instead of emailing back and forth
@sonny_wei Thanks Cherrie! That’s actually a brilliant feature request. Letting clients ask questions directly on a theread on the proposal would definitely kill the email back-and-forth even more. Added to the roadmap!
the live open tracking is honestly such a smart call, beats staring at an inbox wondering if anyone even looked at the pdf. clean execution all around.
