Tenant-facing chat or in-app messaging would be huge, since right now everything seems to live on the landlord side. Letting tenants send lease questions, report issues, or upload docs directly through PropertyFlow would save a lot of email back and forth.
Tenant self-service would be huge here, letting renters submit maintenance tickets, view their lease, and pay rent through a simple portal instead of going through the landlord every time. Would cut down on a lot of back-and-forth and make the whole experience smoother for everyone involved.
