@goyashy I have seen a few times when employees are left with their creativity that the message is not maintain across. For example I work with a lot of hotels and the way they use chat GPT to craft replies for trip advisor differs so much that the consistency of messaging is not maintain. Sometimes it's funny somestimes formal etc...so we are trying to enforce a certain structure for consistency. Same thing for social media bio. I find myself having to rewrite often when there is a character limit and I am lost somehow on how to structure it to craft the answer. if that make sense
