Prometheus is the AI revenue manager born from two human revenue managers who were tired of asking: Was this the right move?. We spent years digging through data, questioning every decision, and knowing that even our best work missed opportunities humans simply cannot see in real time. From opposite sides of the industry—operator and consultant—we reached the same conclusion: revenue management is critical but too complex, too manual, and too out of reach for most operators. Early experiments with data and AI showed how much clearer decisions became when patterns and next steps surfaced automatically. We named it Prometheus because expert-level revenue strategy shouldn’t be locked away with a few specialists. Our mission is to bring that “fire” to every host and independent hotel so they always understand their business and know what to do next—without needing to become revenue managers themselves.
