Founded in 2013 as a tiny side project, Product Hunt has become the place for makers and companies to launch their latest app, gadget, or physical products to the world. It's a global community of friendly folks sharing and discussing the latest in tech.
We teamed up with Vercel and we want you shipping this Friday. May 15 is Vercel Day. Launch your product on Product Hunt that day with the Vercel Day tag and you're on the official Vercel Day leaderboard alongside every other builder going live that day. Top launches win prizes and get serious visibility from a crowd that's already paying attention. This is the move if you've been waiting for a reason to launch. You've got four days. What are you building? Drop it below
A few of us at Product Hunt are putting on our most brutally honest (but helpful!) hats and roasting landing pages for the next two days. Want in? Drop your link below, and we ll give you real, no-BS feedback on:
Clarity Does your message make sense or sound like corporate soup? Calls to Action Do we feel compelled to click, or just leave? Design & UX Smooth experience or rage quit territory? Anything else Tell us what you want feedback on.
We re trying something new on Thursday: Alpha Day.
The idea is simple. If this is the first time you re launching your product anywhere, you can tag it alpha and get a boost to your points (and land on a special leaderboard).
Reviewers mostly see Product Hunt as a strong place to discover new tools, follow tech trends, and get quick feedback from an active community. Users repeatedly praise the discussions, reviews, forums, and day-one visibility for launches, though some note it is better for awareness than sustained leads. Makers of ZapDigits also mention a good developer experience, while founders behind PromptURLs and Fabi say it reaches early adopters well. The main complaints are weak support, confusing UX, bugs, limited search, and concerns about opaque vote weighting and missing comments.
Product Hunt is the daily playground for makers, early adopters, and curious minds.
It’s where products go to get discovered, talked about, and validated. Whether you’re launching a side project or a full-blown startup, Product Hunt gives you instant access to a passionate community of early users and feedback.
What I love most is the energy – it’s not just a feed, it’s a conversation. You can connect directly with founders, explore what’s trending, and stay ahead of what’s new in tech, design, AI, and beyond. For builders and explorers alike, it’s the best place to see (and show) what’s next.
Product Hunt is a fantastic platform for discovering new and innovative products, especially in the tech space. It serves as a great community where makers can showcase their work and receive feedback, while users can explore the latest apps, tools, and services. The voting system also helps highlight what’s trending, making it easier for users to find popular and high-quality products. Overall, it fosters a sense of collaboration and creativity in the tech community! Have you found any favorite products there?

Do I really need to share my thoughts about the best community for the new products...? I really love Product Hunt and I use it to get up to date with the new tools about new knowledge, technology, frameworks, workflows or tools. I think they are doing a great job with the new features in the last few months. I think many users use Product Hunt just to take advantage and get upvotes and nothing else and Product Hunt is trying to really make sure the community engage and helps to build great products and not just get upvotes or get clicks.
