@vlastislav_dockal Hi Vlastislav. We do offer analytics which shows you for example where are you losing customers, which boarding tours they didn't finish. Or you can see on which Hints users are clicking, those can be a weak spot in your app as users need more information there. Our analytics can be integrated into analytics like Heap, Google Analytics or Mixpanel which give you perfect insight then.

@vladimir_plachy good question. The biggest problem we see on daily base is that they are just describing the features, instead of presenting how the app solves clients problems. You should keepn on mind that you are always selling, you are never just presenting if you know what i mean

@nathanaek_hunt Product Fruits don't require any coding skills, you create the content in the editor. Adding ProductFruits to your web is easy - just add a code snippet (similar to google analytics fo example). Or for the testing purposess you can use gogle extension. Am I answering your question well?

Trivi uses Product Fruits and it's great. We created a few onboarding tours and we've seen the engagement has increased. We publish release notes directly in our application, so our clients immediately see news . But the most used feature is the Typeform integration - we gather feedback on the regular basis (like every two months) via Product Fruits tours and the integrated Typeform form . I really can recommend Product Fruits!

@michal_parizek1 All you need is to add short code snippet to your app, just like google analytics for example. For the testing purposes you can use Chrome extension as well.
