Hey PH! Built this after getting frustrated that every AI tool I asked to evaluate a business idea just told me what I wanted to hear. PMF Signal scores an idea against your real budget, hours and skills, and "reasons to not build" has to be the most convincing section on the report or it isn't finished. Ran it on my own idea a few days ago — a personal finance app I'd already built and never shipped. 4.3/10, PASS. Not because the product was bad, but because the distribution math didn't work for what I actually had going for me.
