Hello @ems_hodge! It was exactly that, trying to spell out my postcode or surname to a customer support, and forgetting the phonetic alphabet every time. The available resources (mainly images) I found hard to read and would get lost with anything longer than 5 letters, so figured a read along phonetic translation would be ideal! I hope people find it useful like I do! (my worst one was "K for knight")
