I’ve recently been hiring, so I decided to give this tool a try. The free credits are fairly limited, but overall the matching quality was decent.
I was able to preview about five pages of candidates, and out of those, roughly three seemed potentially suitable for our needs, which is not bad.
One thing I noticed, though, is that the platform doesn’t clearly indicate whether the candidates are actively “open to work.” Because of that, I had to reach out myself and see if they were interested. It would be really helpful if that status were more transparent.
