This simple way of tracking interactions with contacts was something I was always missing.
Hubspot, Salesforce etc, they are good for sales, but not for relationship building.

Is it a smart Google Calendar or how does it work?
@ititov_agency, it's not a calendar. It's a tool to organize your business relationships in one place. Very similar to CRM products, but without all the complex sales features.
