Thank you for powering Prismy's GTM!
Pancake consistently finds high-quality leads for us and the product improves day after day.
Keep it going, well done!
@cyrilcodron Thank you Cyril! So good to hear it's finding the right people for Prismy. And glad you're noticing the improvements too, there's been a lot of rebuilding behind the scenes 😅 Thanks for trusting us with your GTM 🥞
Which Play is bringing you the best leads so far?
@dmitry_zakharov_ai LFGGG thanks Dmitry!! 🥞
Congrats on the launch!
@stevenfabre Thanks Steven! Really appreciate it 🥞 Are you already using Claude or Codex for GTM at Liveblocks, or mostly for building?
Been using Pancake in its very alpha early days! Great work! 👏
Congrats on the launch. Spent 13 years in B2B sales, and the part that always hurt was paying for enrichment data that bounced. With 40+ providers behind one MCP connection, how do you handle conflicting results between providers for the same contact?
@vihaan_tiwari Thanks Vihaan! Fair question. We keep the source behind each contact field and use a fixed provider priority to resolve disagreements. Newer data from the same provider wins, and your manual corrections take priority.
For work emails, we prefer results marked deliverable, but 'found' doesn't always mean verified. Credits are charged when an email is found, so there's no zero-bounce guarantee.
Were the bounces mostly people changing jobs, or wrong addresses from the start?
@tricomte mostly wrong from the start honestly, job changes too but the bigger pain was tool saying found and it bouncing anyway, thanks for the honest answer on found vs verified , most toolsdont say that openly
@vihaan_tiwari Yeah, ‘found’ can set the wrong expectation. Appreciate you calling it out Vihaan!
are the 40+ providers mostly firmographic enrichment, or can an agent also pull intent signals, like someone publicly asking for a tool in your category? that's the bit we found hardest to get right. also curious how the sending side handles a brand new domain, our mail provider throttled us early on bounce rate before we'd sent much at all
Congrats Tristan, Will, and the Pancake team on the relaunch. The Play model that keeps finding leads from funding and hiring signals while GTM Brain stays tied to your site is clear. When you reject a lead because the funding signal was real but the ICP was wrong, does that teach the Brain for future Plays, or only reshape the scoring inside that same Play?
