will your tool auto creates accounts in other platform in which we don't have an account or it can only access data for which we give login credentials ?
@harini_mukesh No, Orphex never creates accounts on platforms you don’t use, and it never asks for your passwords/credentials. You connect each platform yourself through its official sign-in (OAuth) screen, or with an API key you generate on platforms that work that way, and you grant only the permissions shown there.
Congrats on the launch. 65+ sources, one context is the obvious win.
How do guardrails work in practice — hard spend caps per prompt, dry-run/preview before changes go live, or a human approval step above a threshold?
@ebru_sevik Thank you! All three, set as workspace policy rather than per prompt, so they hold no matter what the assistant is asked:
Preview first. Every change comes back as a preview showing the before and after values. Nothing goes live until it’s confirmed.
Human approval. You can require a recorded approval for every change, or only when a change is bigger than a % threshold you set. You can also require a second approver and limit which roles can approve.
Spend brakes. You can set a max % change per action/prompt, a daily cap on budget increases, a monthly spend envelope with an early warning, daily action quotas, and a budget ceiling for anything. You can also lock campaigns by name so they’re never touched.
Anything over a limit is refused before it reaches the ad platform, and the assistant tells you which rule blocked it.
Big congratulations on the launch! Being able to converse with your performance data in natural language feels like magic. Does Orphex store any sensitive ad spend figures locally or in your cloud?
@berrinkarakas Thank you! Orphex MCP doesn’t store your performance or spend data, neither on your machine nor in our cloud. When you ask a question, Orphex fetches the numbers live from the ad platform through its official API, hands them to your AI assistant for that answer, and keeps no copy. Every answer reflects what the platform reports at that moment.
Access goes through each platform’s official OAuth, scoped to your workspace, and you can revoke it anytime from the platform’s own settings.
Congrats on the launch, Orphex team!
I've been using Orphex MCP with Claude to run Molene's paid media analysis, and it has changed how fast I get from "something feels off" to an actual decision. In one conversation I pulled Meta, GA4 and our e-commerce revenue together, found one of our top-spending campaigns was barely driving sales, and saw that another had clearly hit diminishing returns as budget scaled.
What I value most: changes never go live without my approval. Cross-channel context + guardrails is exactly what agentic marketing needs.
Meta and Google both claiming the same sale is teh exact question i never get a straight answer to, using Shopify as the tie breaker makes a lot of sense
when the AI wants to pause a creative or move budget, is the approval per action or can you set limits like "anything under 10% is fine"??? one click per change would get old fast on big accounts
@thamibenjelloun yes you can define pre-approved change limits as you wish!
The shared KPI definitions are the detail that stands out here. When two platforms report different numbers for the same campaign, having the attribution rules beside the answer would help explain the difference.
@oleksii_sekundant Exactly, that’s the gap we kept hitting ourselves. All advertising platforms can both “own” the same conversion, because each one counts it under its own attribution method and window. Orphex shows every platform’s number side by side, each tied to the platform that reported it, and never quietly merges them into one total. You can also switch attribution windows, for example 1-day vs 7-day click, and watch how each platform’s count shifts. When the numbers disagree, you can see exactly why. Thanks for calling it out!
