Orbit Merge is a free puzzle game where you rotate three concentric rings to line up matching numbers. When numbers align between adjacent rings, they merge and double. One good spin can trigger chain reactions cascading across the entire board.
Hi all,
I'm the solo developer behind Orbit Merge. Wanted to share the story briefly.
The idea started from fidgeting with a combination lock. I kept thinking: "what if each ring had numbers on it, and the puzzle was spinning them into alignment?" That evolved into a merge mechanic (inspired by 2048) mapped onto concentric circles instead of a flat grid.
The game is free with no pay-to-win. I'd genuinely love feedback — especially on whether the merge rules feel intuitive after the tutorial, and how the difficulty curve feels over time. Those are the things I'm still tuning.
