I've created OperonITSM as I've seen IT departments forced out of good tools due to pricing. The maths doesn't work in any way - you acquire 10 licences for your IT team, then HR asks for a queue, the facility department ask for change management, and before you know it you have purchased licences for 50 agents you didn't anticipate buying.
This is solved by OperonITSM which charges you a flat £1000 for an entire year. No seat limits whatsoever.
Everything runs on-premise on your own server.
Six modules out-of-the-box included: HelpDesk, Change Management complete with CAB workflow, Project Management, Problem Management, System Inventory and Service Catalogue. Fully aligned with ITIL and fully self-hosted.
