@kiarash_kiazand Congrats on the launch! The security-first approach and EU hosting are interesting. I'm curious: what's the biggest differentiator between OpenClaw and a stack built from HubSpot, Zapier/n8n, and ChatGPT? Any metrics from your own business that convinced you it was ready for customers?
@mojan_kiazand, thank you for your comment. I fully understand your question, as all these seem to do similar things.
ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence. You really don't know where it is, and therefore giving it access to your information, both personal and professional, marks a big risk.
Zapier and n8n are platforms where you can build a process on and use an artificial intelligence (LLM) to process it. You can put conditions and actions... Once again, you really don't know where Zapier is. n8n, however, can be installed locally
OpenClaw, on the other hand, is a digital assistant that can follow a process but also have access to your personal and business data if you get it from Cloud Acropolis (we have built a huge security around it). You know where your data is and who has access to it. You can tell it what to do and how to respond. For example, you can add a WhatsApp chat button on your website and let OpenCalw read all the info of your website only and respond to requests. You can also ask the OpenClaw agent to manage your social media through Postiz , it is already pre-integrated with the OpenClaw business—Marketing agency.
So I would say the data is private in Openclaw business - marketing agency and no one besides you has access to it. The intelligence is based on LLM
You can try to go to https://cloudacropolis.com and chat with Tusi, our agent based on the same platform. It will give you only information about our site. We have another one for support, but you need to be logged into our portal first.... Basically, the sky is the limit once you start; you play with it, yet in a secure manner
Mailwarm
How hard is the setup to connect email and socials, and can you see exactly what data each agent has access to?
@naimz it is pretty easy, for the email, the configurator will do that as long as you have gmail, outlook, Imap...
For social media, it is done via Postiz, which is already part of the package and pre-integrated.
As for seeing the data and communication, it is part of openclaw web, which you would see as the first thing when you open the web, again, already available in the package. Also, don't worry; we made it dedicated and secure. This is what Cloud Acropolis excels at.
Give it a try, it's free. and then tell us what you think or if you need any help. we will be happy to support. We can even do the setup via a video call
interesting setup. what happens if one of the agents starts burning through api credits on a bad loop. is there per-agent spending control or do you just find out on the bill at the end of the month
@tina_chhabra Hi
there are actually 3 settings in Openclaw that let us manage tocken usage:
1. Limit context window — prevents sessions from growing and burning tokens on every message:
2. Limit max output tokens — caps response size per call:
3. Set thinking to low — reduces internal reasoning token usage:
Hope this covers your question
However there is an elaborate token management in the pipeline for OpenClaw
