I'm a solo founder with no technical background — I built OneNest entirely on my own using AI development tools while raising young children. The process evolved from "I just need a registry app" to a full parenting platform with AI features, 145,000+ products, affiliate partnerships, and a partner co-registry that no other app has. Every feature was born from a real pain point real parents told me they had. The launch taught me that building the app was only half the work — getting it in front of the right people is the other half.
