OneLess Pomodoro is launching tomorrow, and before the launch I wanted to ask one simple question.
There are already many Pomodoro and focus timers, but I ve noticed that starting a timer once is very different from actually coming back to use it regularly.
While building OneLess, I focused on a few things I personally wanted:
tracking actual focus time instead of completed session counts
flexible focus and break lengths
daily and weekly progress reports
presets for different routines
visual scenes and ambient sounds to make focusing feel less mechanical
But I m curious about what matters to other people.
What makes you return to the same focus timer regularly?
Is it simplicity, reports, streaks, customization, sound, visual atmosphere, goals or something else?
I d love to hear what actually matters in real use.
