The WhatsApp setup was surprisingly painless and it actually understood messy product questions from real customers. Curious how it handles trickier edge cases in banking or healthcare where compliance gets messy.
Handed it our messy WhatsApp inbox and the bot pulled real answers without me writing a single rule. Solid for small teams that can't staff support overnight.
Would love to see a built-in sentiment escalation tool that flags frustrated customers and routes them to a human rep before the bot keeps replying. That would save a lot of headaches especially for banking and healthcare use cases where tone really matters.
Voice note support would be huge, especially for WhatsApp users who prefer talking over typing. Being able to send a quick voice message and have the AI transcribe and respond intelligently feels like the natural next step for a tool that already lives across these channels.
one thing i'd love to see is a proper handoff to a human agent when the bot gets stuck, like with a full transcript and context so customers don't have to repeat themselves. right now if it cant resolve something the experience kinda falls apart

One thing that would honestly make it way more useful for me would be letting it hand off tricky conversations to a human with full context, like a quick summary and the customer's history so I'm not scrolling back through 30 messages to figure out what's going on. That handoff flow feels like the missing piece right now.
