Slow customer support. False Feature promises. There are several positives. Great A.I. features. Clean layout. Easy to use UI. But the lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise.
I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week from the time of this post.
Negative. App does the worse job with scheduling, it is a nightmare. Support is unhelpful, slow. Asked for a refund, tas performance was very poor, didn’t manage to use it even once. Support said it is not acc to their policy to do refunds.

Looks amazing! This must have taken a lot of work integrating all the different platforms but I can see this being high value for small teams making B2C products. Good luck in the future and will be following closely!

Ocoya gets it! Our pain point as a busy executive who need a one-stop social media tool without switching to Jarvis/Copy.ai , canva and buffer/ hootsuite. My first 10 minutes of use already posted one good content. Love it. Tons of potential to be the Go-to-Social App. Keep on innovating, @joe_ocoya and Ocoya team👌
