Bad Support and Poor Quality. They responded that they were too busy for a conference, updates, and vacation when I asked them over eight months ago to help fix the transcription mistakes for Indonesian. They immediately ceased transcription for the Indonesian language without responding to my inquiry last week. Spoke has greatly disappointed me. Four months later, they discontinued support for screen recording, video highlight downloads, and file uploads... I switched to MeetGeek, which works well and is superior to Spoke.

Using it everyday for short and long form copy. Great writing result and still can be improve more. Feature Improvements are frequently released, especially chrome extension. Founder is active in community and opens for inputs. Happy to give my recommendation. Keep up a great work 👍 Kwan
