Nuze: Tap any headline, get the research behind it

Hi Product Hunt — Yumo here, solo dev, about three months of nights and weekends on this. I read a lot of news and retain almost none of it. Every AI news app I tried answered that with a summary of the article already open on my screen — the one thing I didn't need, because I'd just read it. So Nuze goes the other way. Tap AI Insight on any story and Claude runs a live web search outward: what led up to this, who else is covering it, what's actually disputed. You get a few synthesized paragraphs plus a Sources list of every page it pulled from, so you can check the work. The honest cost: 15-40 seconds, ~25s typical. A real search round-trip, run when you tap, not precomputed at publish time. Rather than hide the wait, the loading state narrates what it's searching for; repeat views of the same story are cached and instant. The other half is for people who read the news in a language that isn't their first — me included: 1. Translate any article into 14 languages, or listen to it instead. 2. A vocabulary deck (CET-4/6, 考研, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE lists) drops a card between articles and brings words back on a cooldown until they stick. 3. Curated RSS + Bluesky voices, plus your own feeds, including WeChat 公众号. 4. Card swipe: right saves, left skips, both undoable. Muting a source is a separate menu action, so a mis-swipe never quietly kills a publisher. Saved articles can auto-clip to an Obsidian vault (needs a sign-in and a connected repo). Honest gaps: the vocab cooldown is a flat 8 hours, not real spaced repetition. Insight doesn't stream — you wait, then it lands. Swipe on desktop is the weakest thing in the app. It's a PWA: add to home screen, no app store needed, no account to start. Free, no ads, nothing sold; analytics is Vercel's cookieless page counts, and /privacy lists exactly what's collected. AI Insight is the only metered feature — unlimited for your first 10 days, then 5/day; Pro ($4.99/mo, 7-day free trial) removes the cap. The Donate button unlocks nothing, on purpose. (And yes, there's an older "Nuse" on here. Different app, different people, one letter apart.) What I'd most like an outside answer on: does a 25-second wait ever work inside a feed if the loading state is honest about what it's doing, or is anything over ~5s fatal there and I should restructure the interaction?

the outward search thing is actually pretty handy, gave me way more context than the usual summaries do. listened to a story in spanish on the way home and it sounded natural, not robotic.
