To take full advantage of Notion, you need to change the way you approach work, but the ability to create a document with a lot of information that I can share and reference with clients (because, by default, the design is so clean) has been game-changing. I never could share a Google Sheets document in the same way without being embarrassed by the presentation.
I have been using Notion for the past few years and it has proven to be one of my favorite organizational tools to utilize due to its highly versatile nature. While it does take some time to get used to using all of the various features, the UI is very seamless to navigate and the platform allows for a great amount of customizability. For me, Notion has been a single hub for my daily planners, calendars, notes, and has also been a great project management tool. The vast amount of templates available are easy to explore and I highly recommend trying them out!
Notion has revolutionized the way I organize my tasks and collaborate with my team. Its seamless integration of note-taking, project management, and knowledge sharing makes it an indispensable tool for boosting productivity. The flexibility to customize workflows to fit my needs has truly transformed the way I work.
It's great for organizing docs, taking notes, embedding images, files, etc.
I think they're improving as a PM tool for bigger companies. You have to be well organized to use it because it's flexible for multiple use cases. It's easy to bloat your "database" with too many unnecessary cards. Your team has to agree on how to best use the database kanban boards or it can be overwhelming and unproductive.
Notion is my primary tool for organizing work and notes. It combines tasks, databases, and calendars in one place, making it very convenient and flexible. I especially appreciate its intuitive interface and collaborative features, which are perfect for team projects
Although Notion has a learning curve and depends on the internet, these drawbacks are minor compared to how much it improves project management and work organization
