I would 4.5 simply because to a newcomer the app is totally overwhelming. There are too many possibilities I lost my mind trying to integrate and customize.. had to YouTube tutorials. SMH

I've been using Notion for many years, and the block-level design philosophy is deeply embedded in it. 'Succeed at the block, fail at the block.' Sometimes the interactive experience of markdown is a little difficult to use because of blocks. But it's still the best note organizer out there today!

There are plenty of templates out there for you to utilise and streamline your workflows (which can help with the learning curve of creating the perfect Notion for you). Mobile app Notion is not as feature-rich as the desktop version, which can be inconvenient for users who rely on mobile devices for productivity.
