@leomanfree great question. We actually trained our own highly optimized ML model that predicts which LLM will be best-suited to respond based on message semantics, domain, intent, length, and complexity—our team had been publishing in top AI journals for over 10 years, so this is the culmination of a lot of intense research effort! This all means that we don't have to call multiple models at the same time and then evaluate—we're able to predict beforehand which one will do best.
