Restaurant recs from friends are usually way better than scrolling through random reviews. The Food Passport idea also gives it a nice personal history layer, not just another saved places list.

It would be great if the service could connect to Instagram and other social networks and find restaurants visited by friends there. That way, you could get a much more complete and authentic picture in just a couple of minutes.
