Looks like a great idea, really helpful for people starting on this path. One thing I noticed is that once you navigate to a category, clicking on the "Categories" button (to get back to the main dashboard) doesn't do anything and there are some errors in the browser console. Something to look at, just my 2 cents :)

If you click Submit A Resource from a category page, it goes to a a blank Page Not Found.
