Most on-chain analysis stops at vote counts; N-Drew On-Chain Intelligence goes deeper. Using behavioral wallet clustering and a 4-layer framework, we expose structural decay—concentration risk, delegate dependency, and quorum fragility—obscured by aggregate stats. Our Uniswap brief reveals 4 clusters control 90.4% of power. We detect "event-driven" spikes that signal quorum failure 60–90 days early. Built for VCs and DAOs who need decision-grade intelligence, not just dashboards.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm N-Drew — an on-chain intelligence analyst based in Lagos, Nigeria.
I built this because governance analysis in crypto is broken. Everyone looks at vote counts and quorum. Nobody looks at wallet behavior over time.
After analyzing 4,821 wallets across 47 Uniswap proposals, the finding was striking: 4 wallets control 90.4% of governance power. The remaining 4,817 share 9.6%. That's not decentralization — that's concentration with better optics.
This brief is the first in a series covering major DeFi protocols. Each one applies the same 4-layer behavioral intelligence framework: wallet clustering, behavioral labeling, participation analysis, and signal extraction.
Happy to answer any questions about the methodology or findings. Would love your feedback.
