I build behavioral intelligence from blockchain data. Most on-chain analysis tells you what happened. My work tells you what's coming. Using wallet clustering, temporal co-movement analysis, and governance signal extraction, I surface concentration risk, participation decay, and quorum fragility — before they become visible in aggregate statistics. Currently building N-Drew On-Chain Intelligence — a governance intelligence product for VCs, DAOs, and protocol risk teams. First brief: Uniswap governance analysis across 4,821 wallets and 47 proposals. Key finding: 4 delegate clusters control 90.4% of all exercised governance power. Governance does not fail suddenly. It decays through measurable behavioral patterns detectable long before quorum crises emerge.
