Mynd helps users talk to an AI bestie and create their own personalized meditation sessions. Our goal is to make mental wellness support easy and personal for everyone.
Looks interesting. Apart from mental wellness, does it also focus on personal growth along the dimensions of self-actualization or spirituality as well? My personal belief is that this is relevant to a significant extent for mental wellness
@mallikarjun_reddy3 Great question! While Mynd primarily focuses on mental wellness, we recognize that personal growth, self-actualization, and spirituality are key components of overall well-being. We’re exploring ways to incorporate these dimensions into the app, as we believe they are indeed relevant for a holistic approach to mental wellness.
@shashank_keshri Would love to interact and discuss about it in case you are interested. Both as a potential user and also for sharing my learnings. Have been spending some time on maslow's hierarchy and indic life philosophies and how they can help bring better perspective to our lives and day to day activities and associated emotional responses.

The emotional tracking feature is fantastic! Its having a therapist on call. I would love to see offline access for when I'm traveling. Id that coming soon?
@arthur_millerb Thanks for the kind words! It's something we're definitely considering for future updates. Stay tuned!

Congrats on the launch.
A quick question on privacy that I couldn’t easily find an answer for on your website. What do you do with the conversations and recordings? Who is it shared with? How much control does the user have in keeping or removing their conversations from the training data? Are there specific types of therapy methods that the AI is biased towards?
I’m a big believer in the promise of AI in mental health, but at the same time concerned about the storage and sharing of sensitive information.
@baba_nadimpalli Thank you for asking these crucial questions. We’re not storing any data. All information is encrypted, and users have full flexibility to delete their account or remove their data whenever they choose. The therapy methods are general and adjust to each user’s needs to provide personalized support.

@shashank_keshri Thank you for seeing the importance in these questions, and providing answers. If this is true, then it's fantastic, and a revolution in how ML works. With my background in ML, it does make me more curious on how the bestie becomes user specific without the data, but those are questions for another time. Congratulations again on the launch.

I really like the idea, because Mental Health is very important specially in the current times when we usually don't have anyone to share our thoughts or we don't want to share. A good AI friend but if it keeps the user's privacy. Congrats on your launch.
Hey Product Hunters, thank you for stopping by to check out Mynd!
🤔 The problem
Mental health resources often feel impersonal and generic, leaving many people without the personalized support they need. We found that traditional tools fail to connect on a human level and don't allow users to tailor their wellness journey to their specific needs.
🔧 Solution
At Mynd, We've developed an AI mental Wellness app that feels as human as possible. Our AI bestie, isn’t just a virtual assistant - it's designed to listen, understand, and respond with empathy, making your experience feel truly personalized. With Mynd, you can even create your own meditation sessions tailored to your specific needs, moods and goals. Whether you’re looking for a quick mental reset or a deep dive into mindfulness, Mynd lets you craft the perfect experience every time.
We're excited to hear your thoughts! Feel free to ask questions, share your experiences, or connect with the founder directly on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/shas.... Your feedback will help us make Mynd even better for everyone. 🙏
P.S - This is our beta launch, so you might notice a few clipping issues here and there. We're aware of them, but we still want to get your thoughts on this concept. Enjoy unlimited meditations and conversations at Mynd for 3 months.
@priya_rani5 Absolutely! Mynd is designed to complement other mental health treatments and therapies. It can be a great addition to your routine, providing extra support between sessions or alongside other methods.
@munna_baskey Thanks a lot! Appreciate your support!

I think Ai in mental health solves a few problems: expensive to seek out human help, time takes to get a session booked, some have fear talking to humans, etc. I think MYND is on track to solve that - the interesting part is the AI will give you the activity to do in conversation. It feels very in the moment.
Congrats on the launch @shashank_keshri and team!
