Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built MyEchoGoals because every habit app I tried eventually made me feel like I was failing. Miss a day, break a streak, watch the whole thing turn red — and instead of getting back on track, I'd just quietly delete the app. If you've got an ADHD brain like mine, you probably know that spiral.
The problem I kept running into: these apps are built for people who are already consistent. For the rest of us, "don't break the chain" isn't motivation, it's pressure. And pressure is exactly what makes you avoid the thing.
So I wanted to build the opposite — a calm, forgiving space where a day is something you fill in, not something you can fail. No guilt, no broken-streak shame. Just gentle habits, a quick mood check-in, and journaling (by voice or text) that helps you actually notice how you're doing.
It's free to start, and there's a Premium tier for unlimited habits, AI journal insights, and progress reports.
I'm a solo maker, so I'd genuinely love your honest feedback. And I'm curious: what's the habit app that made you quit — and what would've made you stay?
MyEchoGoals is a sibling to my first app, MyEchoPath
