I’m Malika, founder and CEO of myAIcademy, a personalised, continuously updated AI learning platform built around your role, goals and the tools you actually use.

⭐ The founding story
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of AI, enterprise adoption and education.
At Google Cloud, I was a Generative AI Black Belt, helping large enterprises adopt AI. Before that, I worked in Microsoft’s cloud business.
I also serve as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University, Washington, DC, and have worked with more than 10,000 professionals and leadership teams.
I kept seeing the same problem: companies bought AI licences, told people to “just use AI” and left them with generic courses, prompt libraries and trial and error.
The gap is not access. It is adoption.
AI learning also accumulates content debt: tools change weekly, so courses quickly become inaccurate. AI learning must be maintained like software.
So we built myAIcademy.

Our system continuously monitors changes to models, features and interfaces, identifies the lessons affected and refreshes them within 72 hours. A learner should never open a tool and discover that what they were taught no longer matches the product in front of them.

Every lesson is short, practical and built around a real professional task, with prompts learners can copy, adapt and apply to their own work. Each lesson is followed by a checkpoint where they practise independently and receive feedback. Learners can access everything on the web or through our iOS and Android apps, then complement their self-paced learning by attending our live weekend masterclasses.

@hamza_afzal_butt Thank you, Hamza! We focus on helping people learn, practise and apply real workflows. Each learner receives short, practical lessons built around their profession and the tools they need, with a focus on completing real tasks using best practices rather than learning theory. They then rebuild the workflow independently inside our simulator checkpoints and receive feedback on exactly how to improve.
We are also launching Aimy very soon. Users will be able to open Aimy inside any tool, describe what they want to accomplish, and choose whether Aimy guides them through the task step by step or executes it for them. The goal is to turn learning into confident, practical application at work.
I like the focus on learning AI around the actual role. That feels much more useful than taking a generic course.

@edward_paul3 thanks Edward. generic courses tell you what the tool does. they don't tell a finance analyst or a recruiter what to do with it in their actual week. that's the bit we're trying to close.
What happens after someone finishes a lesson? That's usually where the hard part starts for me.
The simulations sound interesting. Practicing with realistic AI tools before using them at work could make learning less intimidating.
