Lesson scripts, specs, prompts, briefs. Dictating a first draft and editing it down is materially faster than typing one, and it keeps the language closer to how I'd actually say it to a learner.

Our lessons are maintained like a codebase, not a video library. Content lives in the repo, versioned and diffed.
