The site is fully bilingual with native Arabic (RTL) pages, includes leave-salary, overtime, annual-leave and notice-period calculators, produces year-by-year accrual breakdowns and downloadable PDF reports, and requires no signup. really cool that everything runs in the browser, honestly super underrated. one thing that would be super useful though is letting people save scenarios locally, like comparing what their gratuity looks like if they leave after 3 years vs 5 years. right now you have to re-enter everything each time which gets kind of tedious.

The Arabic RTL layout is genuinely well done, and the year-by-year EOSB breakdown for the UAE was exactly what I needed without creating an account. Privacy-first with everything running in-browser is a nice touch too.
