The tool seemed promising, so I decided to make a purchase. Despite the relatively high price, my enthusiasm for AI led me to give it a shot. However, I've encountered significant issues with non-existent customer support. I've reached out multiple times, sent messages, but have yet to receive any response. After submitting a video, ready for editing and uploading, I consistently received a message stating I needed to wait 2-6 hours for approval due to moderation policies. It often ended up being closer to the 6-hour mark. No rule violations on my end. One of my videos was rejected for a violation, even though it contained my regular, rule-compliant content. I reached out to support, yet, once again, received no response. Meanwhile, I was still charged for the rejected video. Using non-English language results in poor outcomes. It's not recommended if you plan on creating content in languages other than English. While the avatars look promising, and the results vary in quality, in my opinion, it's not worth the money. Unfortunately, I have four more days to use the credits I bought, but their peculiar moderation policy and poor performance in my language make it challenging to create usable videos.

This is great. I hope you can make this into a chatbot like ChatGPT. Like you say something to the discord bot, and the discord bot can reply back with a video response. Like ChatGPT but with text response converted into video response. Like chat.d-id.

If you are looking for an alternative to create videos with talking avatars from photos, don't waste your time and money on this service. It is the worst service that exists, with terrible quality and unusable videos. They deduct your credits even for videos that are INDECENT, even if you upload HD images, the result will be extremely poor. I don't understand how they can sell such a service. And if the video is unusable, they obviously won't refund your credits. Forget about it and look for something else.

Really bad customer service support so it's a no use case for me

They are nbot presenting available options under different subscription plans correctly. I first subscribed to your Heygen Creator plan to use video translation with proofread, as it was listed as available under that plan Then, when I wanted to use that function it directed me to upgrade to your business plan, presenting Proofread option as available, so I upgraded. I tried again and now I got an answer that the feature is reserved to Enterprise plan.

Don't buy a subscription, its a scam!!!!!!!!!! I recently tried Heygen's free plan to explore creating a custom AI avatar. While the initial features seemed promising, my experience quickly turned sour due to changes and support limitations. Firstly, the free plan advertised the ability to create custom avatars, which motivated me to invest time in recording a video and writing a script. However, by the time I was ready to generate the video, the option had been removed from the free plan, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. And the customer support replied that I need to pay- no consideration of my time spent. Even though I thought it was unfair, I opted for a paid plan expecting to generate my video. However, technical issues still prevented me from generating the video. Reaching out to customer support yielded an underwhelming response – the issue was simply forwarded to the technical team without further communication or solution offered. Given the unexpected feature removal, technical issues, and lack of helpful customer support, I decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or resolution even after waiting for a reasonable period. If you're considering using Heygen, I urge you dont do it. the avatars look real but it is a scam, they will take your money and there is no customer service.

For me, they are scammers. If I could, I would give a 0 star rating... Look, this was the situation: First of all, I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there. Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit. Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund. By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation. My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes. Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go? Totally scammers

We just love HeyGen, we have an autistic child that sometimes will close off and not talk for long periods, but now using the HeyGen Avatar generator, even when he is being silent, He will create these Amazing Videos with your app that allow Him to Speak as His Avatar when he is inside of his silent times! Thank you HeyGen, for giving us a very Amazing, Easy and Artful way for @Makai2009 to communicate.! That Part Right There!!!

Best product, but their plan which removes credits we've paid for is a bit hard..
